Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Retention Specialist
responsible for promoting policy retention in a call-center
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to conduct annual reviews and ensure policy
coverage meets customer needs
Identify sales opportunities based on life events and route them to
the appropriate sales team
Respond to callback requests from policyholders and assist in
keeping their coverage current
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or GED required; some college coursework
preferred
Minimum 2 years' experience in the life insurance industry
Basic knowledge of AAA Life Insurance Products
Preferred completion of LOMA Courses: LOMA 280 or LOMA 281, and
LOMA 290 or LOMA 291
Current life insurance sales license and ability to maintain it in
applicable states preferred
