A company is looking for a Senior Customer Operations Analyst to
drive efficiency improvements through data analysis and performance
management.
Key Responsibilities
Assess operational processes and identify areas for improvement
Analyze process performance data and develop business cases for
initiatives
Create dashboards and performance metrics to track operational
improvements
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a similar role at a fast-paced start-up
or high-growth organization
Prior data and analytics experience; education or tech-ed
experience is a plus
Strong understanding of performance management frameworks
Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
