The Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Social, leads digital
initiatives for acquisition and branding on platforms like Facebook
and TikTok. This role manages the campaign lifecycle, optimizing
performance and scaling growth through audience segmentation and
A/B testing, while collaborating cross-functionally to align
strategies with marketing objectives. Client Details This rapidly

health and ecological sustainability. Description Hybrid Work
Model: Flexibility to work remotely with one day per week required
in the office located in Hollywood, LA. Own the full campaign
management lifecycle from planning to optimization for paid social
and programmatic marketing efforts. Launch and optimize ads across
platforms to achieve KPIs for direct response acquisition and brand
awareness. Identify and optimize new audience segments on social
channels to enhance engagement. Lead audience segmentation and
personalization through A/B testing and advanced targeting.
Continuously test and scale high-performing campaigns to maximize
cost-per-acquisition (CPA). Monitor competitor strategies and
industry trends to provide actionable insights. Serve as the
company-wide expert on paid social, presenting future opportunities
and solutions to stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally to
align paid social plans with broader marketing objectives. Work
with Brand and Influencer marketing teams to source and optimize
creative content. Partner with the Creative team to test and scale
ad creatives across paid social channels. Source and coordinate
content creators for direct-to-consumer video ads. Collaborate with
data teams to refine attribution and measurement methodologies.
Manage campaign trafficking, tracking, and pixel implementation for
accurate performance analysis. Profile Open to candidates with
either agency or in-house experience. Preferred background in
direct-to-consumer (DTC) consumer goods brands, especially in
supplements. Knowledgeable about advertising regulations in the
supplements category. Hands-on and execution-focused, with
experience in awareness campaigns. Confident and capable of
managing up, with visibility to the CEO. Detail-oriented and
collaborative team player. Experience with influencer whitelisting
and partnerships. Combines a creative eye with analytical skills to
provide insights and suggestions. Proficient in Meta and TikTok
