performance marketing
Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-channel media team,
ensuring operational excellence
Oversee and optimize the paid media P&L, ensuring financial
health and strategic investment allocation
Required Qualifications
15+ years of paid media experience in an advertising agency
8+ years of leadership experience managing large, distributed
teams
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related
field
Strong expertise in full-funnel media planning and activation
across multiple channels
P&L management experience
