A company is looking for a Growth Marketing Supervisor to lead
its marketing and customer growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of performance-driven paid
media campaigns across multiple pet insurance brands
Manage and optimize affiliate marketing partnerships to drive
incremental revenue
Lead relationships with paid media agencies and mentor a team of
paid media specialists
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in paid media, preferably in a corporate
environment managing multiple brands
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
Proven track record of managing paid media spend and driving
measurable business impact
Experience in developing and optimizing affiliate marketing
programs
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team of
specialists
