Key Responsibilities
Own an LLM vertical focusing on safety domains, techniques, or use
cases
Generate synthetic data, train LLMs, and conduct rigorous
benchmarking
Develop robust, scalable, and reproducible production code and
co-author research papers
Qualifications
Deep domain knowledge in LLM safety techniques
Extensive experience in designing and implementing various LLM
models
Adaptability to shifts in focus based on new findings in the
community
Preferred experience in research or projects related to attacking
or defending LLMs
