Job Description:
A company is looking for a Monitoring Engineer to provide
managed services support and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide remote managed services support and administration
Work directly with clients to determine project requirements and
communicate project status
Identify and resolve incidents related to managed services and
ensure documentation is complete
Required Qualifications
Associate degree in Information Technology or related discipline,
or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in a multi-tenant or MSP monitoring
platform
Experience troubleshooting alerts and working with vendors on
trouble tickets
Familiarity with monitoring tools and general understanding of
network protocols
Proficiency in operating systems and knowledge of cloud computing
platforms is a plus
