Collaborate with Segment CIOs to align IT portfolio support with
business strategy and roadmaps
Oversee financial and investment management processes, ensuring
alignment with business objectives
Lead the Project and Portfolio Management Office (PMO) and promote
Agile methodologies across teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in management, technology, or a related field
8 or more years of technical experience
5 or more years of management experience
Advanced experience leading special projects with measurable
outcomes
Passion for improving consumer experiences within an
organization
