A company is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (Financial)
to lead operations in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency
and client satisfaction in debt resolution and collections
Oversee daily operations, monitor key performance indicators
(KPIs), and integrate technology to optimize workflows
Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of
accountability and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related
field; or equivalent experience
Minimum of five years in a senior operational role within the debt
settlement, debt management, or debt collections industry
Proven track record in managing debt resolution and improving
operational performance
Proficiency in financial management software and operational
systems relevant to debt management
Strong analytical skills to leverage data for decision-making and
improvement opportunities
