Key Responsibilities

Stakeholders
Track measurable outcomes for product initiatives and create

Facilitate retrospectives to analyze past performance and drive

Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience in Operations or Business Analysis
2+ years of experience in Program/Project Management
Experience in training and enabling stakeholders through change
management
Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., BI Tool, Google
Sheets, Excel)
Proficiency in using ticketing tools like Shortcut, Jira, or
Monday
