Job Description:
A company is looking for a Strategic Assets Manager who will
manage VIP client relationships and drive strategic initiatives in
the hospitality sector.
Key Responsibilities
Own VIP client relationships, providing strategic guidance and
top-tier service
Drive strategic initiatives by analyzing and executing key asset
management projects
Enhance financial insights through property performance analysis
and financial metric monitoring
Required Qualifications
Minimum two years of experience in consulting, venture capital,
private equity, or investment banking at a reputable firm
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related
field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
Ability to assess market trends and provide strategic
recommendations
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau or
other data visualization tools is a plus
