Job Description:
A company is looking for a Non-QM Mortgage Operations
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations for the Account Manager Department and
manage the operations team
Monitor loan pipelines to ensure timely processing and compliance
while implementing process improvements
Serve as a liaison for mortgage brokers, resolving escalations and
ensuring adherence to regulations
Required Qualifications
5+ years of mortgage operations experience, preferably in wholesale
lending and Non-QM loans
Proven track record of managing Account Manager Departments in
high-volume environments
Strong understanding of Non-QM loan products and mortgage
compliance regulations
Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) such as Encompass or
LendingQB
Knowledge of TRID, RESPA, and other regulatory compliance
standards
