Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leaders to standardize processes and tools for
efficient product and technology operations
Lead change management strategies, including training workshops and
individualized coaching on Agile practices
Oversee quarterly planning retreats for Product, Technology, and
Analytics, optimizing the planning process and tools
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in product development processes at a SaaS
company
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, Computer
Science, or Engineering
Strong understanding of various Agile frameworks and their
practical applications
Experience with collaboration and product management tools like
Jira and Confluence
Proven experience in large scale transformation efforts
