Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Tax, Reporting &
BOR.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team and manage day-to-day operations while supporting the
COO
Implement process improvements and ensure compliance with tax
regulations
Oversee the delivery of client tax slips and performance statements
with high accuracy
Required Qualifications
CPA accounting designation with 7+ years of client tax reporting
experience in financial services
Deep understanding of tax slip reporting requirements related to
brokerage operations
Experience in managing a team through tax season with a
growth-mindset leadership approach
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; familiarity
with SQL and Oracle is an asset
Exposure to U.S. withholding tax rules and compliance programs like
CRS and FATCA is an asset
