Job Description:
A company is looking for a General Manager to lead their
Operations team in Los Angeles.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the profit and loss (P&L) of the Los Angeles operations
and develop financial plans for growth
Manage the repair and maintenance processes for robots, ensuring
operational efficiency and uptime
Lead a team of supervisors, simplifying onboarding and optimizing
training processes for new team members
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in large-scale operations with a team of 5+
direct reports, preferably in a technology-related industry
Proven experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, or in a
similar leadership role with full P&L responsibility
Strong financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and
implementing cost-saving initiatives
Experience working with third-party vendors and managing external
partnerships
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or a related field
