Key Responsibilities
Monitor client health metrics and develop strategies for product

Oversee onboarding processes and ensure seamless transitions from
Sales to Client Success
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Client Success, Account Management, or Consulting,
preferably in AI, SaaS, or FinTech
Proven ability to drive KPIs, retention, and client expansion
metrics
Strong expertise in AI-powered solutions and consulting on
implementation
Experience coaching teams on client engagement and strategic
expansion
Proficiency in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, ensuring data
integrity
