Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Manager responsible
for overseeing customer projects and ensuring successful
outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead customer relationships to ensure optimal service delivery and
support
Manage project coordination, tracking, and reporting for customer
projects
Facilitate communication between internal teams and stakeholders
throughout the project lifecycle
Required Qualifications
3+ years of project management experience
Familiarity with healthcare data systems and processes
BS degree in business, technology, or a related field
Knowledge of healthcare industry practices, including risk
adjustment and medical coding
Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of SQL queries is a plus
