This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has the ambition to take command of a culinary operation, as the Planchero operates a one-person kitchen.Key Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of cooking experience in upscale or casual elegant concepts.
• Working knowledge of fundamental culinary concepts, with experience in Mexican cuisine a plus.
• Experience with Teppan-style cooking or interactive food service, such as a sushi bar, is highly desirable.
• The ability to work unsupervised and complete tasks according to a strict timeline.
• Strong communication skills, including conversational level English.
