A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers for
appointment scheduling and healthcare assessments
Assist members with benefits and insurance information while
conducting surveys
Enhance patients' healthcare experiences through empathetic
interactions
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Strong computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in
Microsoft Outlook and Word
Ability to adhere to daily schedules and duties
Able to provide two monitors of at least 22 inches with HDMI and
Display ports
