A company is looking for a Partner - Corporate
Transactional/Commercial Real Estate Attorney.
Key Responsibilities
Manage corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and
acquisitions, financing transactions, and joint ventures
Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and transaction
documents
Interface with high-net-worth clients and handle due diligence
investigations related to commercial transactions
Required Qualifications
J.D. from a top ABA accredited law school
Admitted to the CA Bar
Minimum of 12 years of experience in commercial, corporate, and
real estate transactions
Extensive experience with drafting and negotiating transaction
documents
Strong academic credentials and experience in a law firm
setting
