Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contracts Specialist to join their
legal team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, review, and manage project-level contracts, ensuring
accuracy and compliance
Support business development by maintaining accurate records and
processing executed contracts
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs
and prioritize tasks
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work
experience (preferred in English, Business, or Paralegal
Studies)
2+ years of experience in contract drafting and review
Experience with SalesForce is desired
Pharmaceutical industry experience is desired
