Job Description:
A company is looking for a Peer-to-Peer Fundraising Lead in
North Carolina.
Key Responsibilities
Steward a portfolio of corporate teams, family teams, and
individual participants to meet fundraising goals
Recruit new and lapsed participants while ensuring successful
registration and fundraising minimums
Monitor fundraising performance and maintain accurate records of
donor interactions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in peer-to-peer fundraising, events, and
corporate partnerships
Demonstrated experience in recruiting and motivating
individuals
Ability to identify growth opportunities in relationships
Must reside within 50 miles of Raleigh/Durham, NC
