A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist I
responsible for diagnosing and resolving internal user application
issues.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnoses and resolves software application issues of end users
promptly and professionally
Ensures high-quality service and accurate solutions for end user
support needs
Engages IT and business resources to resolve technical issues and
keeps users updated on progress
Qualifications & Requirements
High School diploma or GED required
Bachelor's degree in IT or a technology-related field preferred
3+ years of experience with waste industry software preferred
Business systems analytical experience
Experience with running queries in SQL and Splunk
