Key Responsibilities
Conducts confidential investigations into employee-reported HR
concerns and collaborates with leadership on resolutions
Prepares and analyzes employee relations data, presenting insights
on trends to partners
Provides guidance on company policies and conducts employee
feedback sessions to monitor satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
5-7 years of relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and company policies
Experience in conducting investigations and data analysis
Ability to train and develop team members
