Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Qualification Specialist
After Hours.
Key Responsibilities
Perform after-hours functions for new patient setups, including
outbound calls to patients and referral sources
Handle urgent new patient setups and review documentation to ensure
compliance with health insurance plans
Develop business relationships through collaboration and
communication with field leadership
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance
industry preferred
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to understand and interpret spreadsheet data
Must be able to work a minimum of 60% of scheduled hours supporting
after-hours processes
