A company is looking for a Client Success Representative -
Overnight Shift.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate
departments
Provide professional customer service and maintain client
information in the internal system
Cross-sell additional services and provide timely status updates on
referrals to management
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of phone experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Ability to handle large volumes of incoming calls daily
Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays
Self-motivated with a strong teamwork attitude
