Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Support Specialist who will
provide exceptional service and support in an omni-channel
environment.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer queries and provide support via various
communication channels
Conduct provider orientation and manage invoice validation and
inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service and
implement marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications
BA/BS or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in a customer support or provider support
role
Experience with Home Care, Assisted Living, or Long Term Care
services preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and CRM software such as Dynamics
365
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across business
units
