Job Description:
A company is looking for a Laotian US Based TI/VRI
Interpreter.
Key Responsibilities
Answer client calls professionally, providing interpreter ID and
maintaining a polite demeanor
Conduct intake and pre-session scripting, ensuring clarity and
accuracy in communication
Render correct meanings between speakers while managing the flow of
conversation and following client instructions
Required Qualifications and Training
Full fluency in English and Laotian
2+ years of professional interpreting experience
Strong cultural understanding to explain concepts clearly
Excellent accuracy in listening and memory retention
Good knowledge of medical terminology and ability to reference
glossaries
