We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our scientific team.
The successful candidate will be involved in conducting experiments, analyzing data, and collaborating with team members to achieve project goals.
This role requires a strong foundation in scientific research and the ability to work effectively under supervision.

Responsibilities:

Follow established experimental designs and protocols to obtain reproducible and reliable results.
Plan, monitor, and conduct experiments, analyze and record data, and collaborate with group members.
Communicate and present data findings to the team.
Troubleshoot equipment and experimental challenges effectively.
Contribute to internal and external reports, papers, presentations, and regulatory documents.
Utilize standard laboratory equipment proficiently.
Participate in department-wide support efforts, including safety, data recording, and centralizing data using
Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN).

Education Qualification:

Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 2-3 years of relevant scientific experience.

PayRange:

$28 - $33 an hr

Required Skills:

Degree in Biology or Biochemistry.
Experience in a biopharmaceutical working environment.
Proficiency in biochemical, biophysical, molecular, and cellular techniques, including basic cell culturing, transient transfection, and stable cell line generation.
Experience with small molecule drug screening campaigns.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Flexibility to work collaboratively in teams to achieve changing project goals and meet timelines.
Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and apply critical thinking.
