A company is looking for a Category Manager -
Construction/CapEx.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sourcing and procurement strategies for
Construction/CapEx
Manage sourcing for General Contractors and Project Management
Services, optimizing deal flow and timelines
Act as a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders, ensuring
alignment with budgetary goals and performance metrics
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business,
Facilities/Real Estate Management, or a related field
3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
roles with exposure to construction or real estate
Strong experience in contract negotiation and vendor management
Analytical and financial acumen with proficiency in spend
analysis
Ability to work collaboratively with vendor managers and
operational leaders
