Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in instructional design and development
Strong understanding of learning methodologies and strategies
Experience with strategic skilling planning and learning needs
analysis
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and project
delivery
Exceptional public speaking skills with experience in leading
presentations and webinars
