Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Quality and Process
Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee quality programs to ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations
Track and analyze KPIs to improve patient outcomes and operational
efficiency
Lead efficiency and cost-reduction initiatives using methodologies
like Lean and Six Sigma
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration,
Business, Quality Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare quality, process
improvement, or healthcare technology implementation
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality improvement
methodologies
Experience with omni-channel center applications and workflow
automation tools
Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive change and
manage teams
